That's actually quite frightening. Thanks for posting that link! I can't believe that it's possible that people are actually considering tracking internet use and thinking about charging for every move! I think it's taking it a little too far.

This is patently ridiculous. The corporations who are trying to monopolize the internet are already rich enough, why step up to such methods to deepen their pockets?
The amount of people this woud displease is about... well... all of them. If this actually continues, I can foresee a massive boycott of the involved parties, and many, many protests.
