Your looking at two completely different majors there though.

You'd have to do a Computer Science degree for your programming. PR stuff would require a degree in a form of communications. From there you have to decide what kind of commucations you are wanting to go into. Are you wanting to do journalism stuff, i.e. writing stuff out for others to read, public speaking, making commercials, etc... There's also graphic design adn all that stuff too.

Soozin- take a look at a Management Information Systems degree. Its basically a computer science and management degree in one. Its focuses more on the business aspects of computers. That is what I'm getting.

I thought comp-sci related jobs were starting to become less and less available? At least I thought I recall hearing that somewhere, so many comp-sci majors and not enough jobs.

Actually, computer-related jobs are becoming more and more popular and have much higher salaries. We live in a community where computers and robots are taking over ;)

Yay, I was answered by AdminChris and What! Yerse, I do like journalism and making speeches. Management information systems sounds perfect! Also, I have been told that there are few women entering computer careers because of the .com crash, so I think that also gives me a chance. :)

just got accepted into the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It's going to be incredibly hard, but hey, if I get to fly an A-10 warthog life is goooood:cool: .
