I have a DBQ due Tuesday that I need help with.
To what extent had the colonists developed a sense of their identity and unity as Americans by the eve of the Revolution?
Use your documents and your knowledge of the period 1750 to 1776 to answer the question.
Has anyone done this one before? Where should I look for outside information? I don't have my book so I don't know what chapters this information is on :S
If anyone could tell me where I can find the info. I'd appreciate it :D

You can use this site for the outlines from each period... but I've never had that assignment. I guess they were unifed in their hate for British heavy-handedness and taxes without actual reprisentation in parliament.

Thanks, I'll look in the outlines, even though that doesn't provide as much depth for a DBQ as needed.
