I think that the order is
1. Committees of Correspondence (1772)
2. Boycotts (The Association 1774)
3. Mob Action (tar and feathering for violators of The Association)
4. Pamplets (most important example: Common Sense by Paine in 1776)
Mob action is attacking a leader or even the British armies. Depending, it could be #1 in this list if you count the Boston Massacre in 1770.
Pamplets may not be last in the list, but i can't find anything besides Common Sense and the other pamplets published around that time. Hope this helps!
