Midterms & Finals

My school is having midterms in a few days in and US history is on the first day. It's my first time taking an AP class and I have no idea what I should review to prepare myself. For those who have done well or who have more years of experience, please give helpful suggestions! Will reading the outlines on the website be enough? My school uses Brinkley's American History A Survey and if anyone else is studying from the same book please post your advice! Thank you!

For midterms, it's usually what you've learned so since the beggining of the semester or the last midterm. However, some teachers will make this everything you've learned thus far in the year.

The outlines on this website will help you, even though they aren't for the same book. It will allow a slightly different perspective on things because it's from another source as well as providing more information. However, I recommend at least skimming through the chapters that the test is over. Most people also find flashcards helpful, however, I do not.

Need Notes?

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
