Where do these outlines on course-notes come from?

Where do these outlines on course-notes come from?

Did a private individual write these, or do they come from the publisher of the Pageant?

In my expierence, outlines from someone other than the publisher helped me more to understand the concepts and better prepare me for the AP test rather than book-specific tests, so I was just wondering.

Either way, they are fantastic. I think they will really be a great aid this year.
