"This page cannot be displayed" Is there issues or is it just me?

AHH! The website (the regular part... www.course-notes.org [4], not the forum) is not working for me. Is it working for anyone else? I have a test tomorrow, and no study guides, because he forgot to pass them out to us... now I can't get on the site. I knew I shouldn't have become so dependent on technology. Seriously though, is there site issues, or is my computer just hating me?
