Madison wrote the VA plan.. but Randolph runs that plan.. so on the test which would be correct when asked to identify the writer of the VA plan? Would it be Madison? this might be a dumb question but just wondering..

also.. my SAT book says that the declaration of independence was adopted on July 4.. but my teacher says July 3.. which one is right?? and if I take the SAT which one will they be looking for?
