So, I lucked out and ended up getting sick today, which gave me more time to prep and chose an FRQ for my APUSH test. Our teacher gave us two options.

1. "The politics of the Gilded Age failed to deal with the critical social and economic issues of the times." --> Assess the validity of this statement using time period 1865-1900

or

2. Progressives believed that greater democracy was the key to solving societies problems. Identify 3 problems that Progressives addressed and for each, describe the democratic reform that was designed to deal with each of the problems.

They seem easy enough, I"m leaning towards the second one...but I'm a fail at this kind of thing. DBQ's...a good grade for me is a C+, at best. FRQ's, I'm just okay. I'm not good at this kind of writing. English essays? Piece of cake. History? KIll me now.

HELP?! o.O I'm leaning towards the second, so if anyone can help me asap, that'd be AMAZING.

For the second one, I identified Farmers, Women's Rights, Black Civil Rights and Political Corruption. But i don't know how I'm going to write about it...help..T.T
