Pro Case Bullying has always been an issue among adolescents. However, with the advancement of technology, bullying has also evolved to keep up with the times. Cyber bullying is the newest and worst form of bullying, resulting from the advancement of technology. My partner and I stand in affirmation of the resolved: Cyber bullying should be a criminal offense, because it is only appropriate that such heinous activity be punished. From the playground to cyber space, bullying has arrived in a new more dangerous arena. As defined in the?Cyberbullying Fact Sheet by Sameer Hinduja, Ph.D. and Justin W. Patchin, Ph.D., cyber bullying is ?willful and repeated harm inflicted through the use of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices.?
