296044014	Statistics	Is the science of collecting, organizing, summarizing and analyzing information to draw conclusions or answer questions. In addition, statistics is about providing a measure of confidence in any conclusion.
296044015	Data	A fact or proposition used to draw a conclusion or make a decision. Data can be numerical (height) or non-numerical (gender).
296044016	Population	An entire group of individuals to be studied.
296044017	Individual	Is a person or object that is a member of the population being studied.
296044018	Sample	Is a subset of the population that is being studied.
296044019	Statistic	Is a numerical summary of a sample.
296044020	Descriptive Statistics	Consist of organizing and summarizing data. Descriptive statistics describe data through numerical summaries, tables and graphs.
296044021	Inferential Statistics	Uses methods that take a result from a sample, extend it to the population, and measure the reliability of the result.
296044022	Parameter	Is a numerical summary of a population.
