What about elders/discernment/doctrine?? Para-church organizations? Chapter 1 - What is Discipleship?? It takes creativity. It's not a one-size-fits-all methodology? A disciple will not be an exact replica of the discipler.? We are trained to eventually lead.? "Losing a disciple"? Or "Seeing the seasons through"?? Watch out for possessiveness? Is there a difference? Mentoring/Discipling?? It doesn't stop at being a mature Christian.? Recognized leader or appointed leader?? A year at least for grounding in faith, then building leaders.?
