Propaganda, is defined on Webster?s dictionary as: ?The spreading of ideas, information, or rumor?? . Well I intend to delve into this word a bit further. When I think of propaganda many more sub-categories come to mind like, political propaganda, advertising, product placement, election season, even more recent political scandals such as the birther movement. As you can see this is a pretty big subject I am getting into. In todays society, everyone wants, and NEEDS you to have the same opinion as them, or else it gets hard for them to get what they want. This is where propaganda comes into play, where we see a screen of lies half-truths and twisted words, and for what?
