Malcolm X Reflection By: Hunter Reynolds Malcolm X was a civil-rights activist who loved to battle and attack the wrong-doing of the white people towards African-Americans. When the class read a small section named ?Learning to Read?, from his autobiography, we read and learned about what his life was like and how he grew up in prison. I was quite shocked to discover that in his free time at prison he memorized every word in the dictionary. This just shows how boring prison life must be. When I was writing the report, I was able to appreciate how smart Malcolm must have become from all of his reading, for he read almost every book in the prison library.
