Reformers considered liquor a cause of corruption led to crime, wife and child abuse, accidents on the job & other serious social problems At first, saloons close their doors and drunkenness declines. Did not last long, however Al Capone :O Return to ?Normalcy? Warren G. Harding anti-Wilson wants to go back to isolationism
