After it's capture, he presented himself not just a warrior-sultan but also as a true emperor, ruler of "two lands" (Europe and Asia)and "two seas" (the Black Sea and Mediterranean). He laid foundations for a tight centralized, absolute monarchy and his army faced no serious rival.	5
