Just because you are not getting GPA of 4.0 does not mean you cannot get into a good college. There are so many college and university in America that you should not limit yourself. Here is a suggestion list of colleges for B students. You could always go online and search more and find the college that is right for you
For those who live in the west or want to attend a school in the west:

Loyola Marymount University (CA)
Average GPA: 3.65

University of Portland (OR)
Average GPA: 3.7

University of Redlands (CA)
Average GPA: 3.54

University of San Francisco (CA)
Average GPA: 3.5

Whitworth University (WA)
Average GPA: 3.7

University of Dallas (TX)
Average GPA: 3.6
