Influenced by st. Augustine everyone born into sin, but people saved by grace not works. Luther chosen to study at university of Wittenerg(1511) Luther became a professor on the books of the Bible. His idea of Justification by faith Salvation is sola fide (by faith alone) Salvation depends on sola gratia (grace alone)
