Translation of Axes

The general equation for conic sections is :

Ax2 + By2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0

were A and B are not zero.
If AB = 0 then it is a parabola
If AB > 0 then it is an ellipse
If AB < 0 then it is a hyperbola
