My parents paid about $3,000 for my SAT classes. No, I lied. They didn’t pay anything. I was never a fan of SAT classes and often found myself in Barnes with Barrons(I really like Barrons ‘cause their questions are harder than the actual ones in the SAT) or Kaplan. I also had these following websites to help me out in certain areas. Honestly, with the internet, we can be a connoisseur of anything. I hope these sites can help you guys out! :)

I love malicious people; their uncaring hearts are very enticing. I know they are too cool to help out the helpless puppies at the animal shelter, and I know they are too “young” to associate themselves with old people. Mixed with egoism, holy smokes—they’re almost close to perfection.

I know that, and you know that. We all know that, that there is little truth in every rumor and every harmless joke. Betsy* might not have done anything lewd that weekend, but it is true that she is at times, too close with the boys. Calling Michael* fat might have been a joke, but it is true that he might have gained a little weight. Yes, there is that little truth that all rumors and jokes are based on, but afterall, they are just rumors and jokes.

I am the type of girl that spends her entire day at Barnes & Noble. I read and read and read some more. I admit, I am nerd. I am at Barnes & Noble until they close. I admit, I am nerd. BIG nerd. Unfortunately , I get to do this on Sundays due to my hectice schedule. So I cherish those relaxing Sundays I have with Dan Brown and David Crystal along with the celebrities I see on magazines. For me, reading is an escape to reality and also the booster to my pride, After finishing a book, I say in my head, "HA! I read this book while you guys were sleeping in on this beautiful Sunday."

Drinking was the best experience of my high school life. The feeling of being wasted and not remembering a single thing—that’s just divine. HA. Right… I am a rising senior, and I still have yet to be in such position. I mean it would be great to just forget about the stress of high school life and just be oblivious. It’s all about having fun; carpe diem! I think it is the “it” experiment in high school life. So why haven’t I still tried? I don’t plan on doing them anytime soon. So will I regret not succumbing to the “it” experiments? No. I won’t.

My mom always told me that I was special, that I was something else, and so I grew up thinking that I was so unique—the one in a million. However, reality hit me in high school. I wasn’t the only all A student who was in Beta, interact, NHS and orchestra. Knowing that I was just the stereotypical “good” student, I didn’t feel so special anymore. It must be hard for colleges to decide how “special” you are. They look at grades, extra-curricular activities, standardized tests, and recommendation letters.
