(Body tissue irritant) ? 10g LiCl [Moderately toxic (ingestion)] ? Balance ? Tap water ? Graduated cylinder ? Stirring plate ? Calorimeter ? Plastic weight tray ? Thermometer ? Stirring magnet Procedure?: 1. Measure 45 mL of water in the graduated cylinder. Record the exact volume on a table. 2. Measure and record the temperature of the water for the initial temperature, and pair water into the calorimeter. 3. Place the plastic weight tray on the balance, and zero it out. 4. Place 5g of NaCl on the weight tray, and measure and record the exact mass.
