I know a website...but I'm not sure if it's free anymore, 'cause last time I checked was like last year; plus, I can get it but I'm not sure if it's legal or mods will allow it ;). You can try out the trial versions though. [URL=http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/CD-DVD-Rip-Other-Tools/1st-DVD... Rip[/URL] Mods can remove it if it's bad :(. Anyways, download it, install it. And if you have questions or problems, just go back to the site I gave you and ask for technical support.
Frankly, I don't know what a DVD-Ripper does except copy movies. I tried using one but it was too hard, so I uninstalled it :D! Anyways, good luck!^^;

The below statement is false.

Search for DVD shrink online (yahoo or w.e) then you need to get Nero 7. And u can even RIP movies that are copy protected.

There is another software called DVD-Decryptor that you can find online. The only drawback is that you need DVD-DL (dual-layer) disks to burn it. DVD Shrink can be used along side with DVD-Decryptor to convert the files to fit on a regular DVD+R or -R.
