What do you guys think of Christians???

I think it's interesting to see what peoples' perceptions are. I try hard not to fit the stereotype!!

Eh, Christians are people. I don't have a problem with anyone. To me it's like "believe what you want and don't push me too far" but alas, some of them often do. I know that many Christians have strong convictions and that's cool. I do think that alot of them take the Bible too seriously though, but that's just personal opinion. What I don't like is going to conventions and stuff just for Christians...I just can't take that much. And the guy on TV on sunday morning who "heals" people I just can't stomach. But I really don't have a problem with Christians unless they're being hard headed, insistant, loud, and irrational, which does occur often.

The guy who "heals" people on tv on sunday mornings is not a christian, he's a con artist making money off people.

In total accord here, What. I normally don't mind Christians either- but when some go off on discussing the bible in frot of or (trying to) with me, I get irritated. Som just assume that you have the same opinions as they do, and that irks me. Of course, I'm the same way with anybody in a situation like that....

For the record, I am a Christian. But I do not force my views on other people. I mean yes, I do talk to people about it and will try to get people to come to church, but if they do not want to, I will not badger them, which I dont do in the first place, badger them that is.

Well im a Christian, kinda Mormon:) and why was this thread posted is this some agnostic or atheist person trying to convert ppl to the belief. What would be the problem with a Christian. Even if u don’t believe in the religion most Christians don’t do anything out of the ordinary to make you have a problem with them. I do agree about ppl on Sunday that get up there on tv trying to heal ppl and get money for doing it that most of that is a scam. But some of those ppl up there are doing what is right and they need money to reach out and help more ppl bc it takes money for a televangelist to put there show on TV

Well I think they believe in God and they believe Jesus is the Saviour.

That's about the only generalizations I can make.
