Washburn v. Illinois, 1886

Does anyone know what was decided or even what "Washburn v. Illinois" in 1886 is? Not even my teacher knows, and it is nowhere on the internt.

I think you mean Wabash V. Illinois, 1186.

I think toad cat is right. (except the year's 1886) =P

But the Wabash Case court favored state regulation where the Interstate Commerce Act didn't apply.

capitalization? who the heck came up with this horrible rule?!
