compare and contrast essay help

hey i was wondering if anyone could help me with my compare and contrast essay...i have to do this tonight and any help would really be appreciated.

Within the period from 1450 to 1800 compare the process (e.g. political, social, economic) of empire building in the spanish empire with the empire building processes in one of the following:
the ottoman empire or the Russian empire

and were supposed to do one paragraph for political comparisons, one for social comparisons, and one for economic. oh and its going to be graded using the standard 9 point grade like the ap exam uses
