They are responsible for the entire curriculum for every class, which is a necessity for school to be in session. Moreover, the administration makes or approves new rules that the students must follow. This part of their job is vital because it keeps the school orderly and running smooth. Also, the teachers in school are typically hired by someone in the administration. It is his duty to pick teachers who know what they are doing, and who are best suited for the school. For a school to be recognized for its dedication to education and the overall outcome of it?s learners, the school needs a strong administration.
