Balance ? 0.50M NaOH (provided) ? Stirring machine (+stirring magnet) ? Buret ? Strainer ? Distilled water (provided) PROCEDURE: 1. Measure the beaker using the balance and zero it. 2. Open one of the mustard packet and squeeze out the mustard into the beaker that is on the balance, and record the mass. 3. Place the stirring machine under the buret containing the provided 0.5M of NaOH. 4. Place the beaker containing the mustard onto the stirring machine. 5.
