Today I recieved a union of 12 essays and DBQ's To complete.....

I am totally stressed out, because I also have the addition of a research project for A.P English, as well as the completion of an animated short for my animation class........

I'm constantly being pummeled with homework ......and I'm pretty sure my other teachers are planning something devious also.......

Aside from that I selected 4 of the essay and DBQ's that I think will trouble me......

1) "In 1830 Ralph Waldo Emerson called for a probing exploration of America nationality in literature and art. To what extent did the writers and painters of the American Renaissance answer that call"

-I'm not sure what this question is asking.....
-I need additional info on this "American Renaissance" (which I think is the cultural reform of the 1790's-1860's).....

2) "Discuss the rise of popular culture in the period 1830-1860; include the penny press, the sentimental novel theater, minstral shows, and popular health and science movements. How did technological advances of the period affect popular culture. (I think I quoted this question wrong...I might have to edit later)

-I need strict information of this period.....

3) "Reform movements in the United States sought to expand democratic ideals." Assess the validity of this statement with specific reference to the years 1825-1850."

-I need information for this also....

4)Jacksonian Democrats viewed themselves as the guadians of the United States Constitution, political democracy, individual liberty, and equality of economic opportunity. In light of the following documents and your knowledge of the 1820's and 1830's, to what extent do you agree with the Jacksonian's view of themselves?"

-Again I need information......

So if anybody can help it is greatly appreciated............
-I've checked the site outlines and am currently making outlines for all the essays I have....but I'm running out of evidence and specifics.....
