Jacksonian Democracy and Manifest Destiny

I just recieved 3 questions to study for, and i will be asked to respond to two of them in class. Does anyone have any ideas or comments on any of them:

1.How did States' rights and Major Political Personalities contribute to the reemergence of a two party system in 1820-1840?

2.Analyze the extent to which TWO of the following influenced the development of democracy between 1820-1840:

-Change in electoral politics
-Jacksonian economic policy
-2nd great awakening
-Westward expansion

3."Although Americans perceived Manifest Destiny as a benevolent movement, it was in fact an aggressive imperialism pursued at the expense of others"

Assess the validity between the 1830s and 1840

Any comments or insight would be great! Thank you
