Hey, I have some questions on the nervous system.

So I have a test next week, and I really don't understand what is going on in that picture. I know it shows the action potential. But can you please put each part of it, like resting potential, threshold, action potential peak, the falling phase, undershoot, etc into a summary.

Also, if you could explain what is going on with the Na+ and K+ that would be useful bc she said that would be on the test.
