P.S.100 Jessica Bergman 4-510 January 30, 2012 Research Paper For my egg in vinegar experiment, I left a raw egg in apple cider vinegar for 24 hours. After observing what was happening in the plastic cup I removed the egg from the vinegar to find that my hypothesis was correct. The egg had become soft and if you held it up to the light, you can see right through the egg and right at the yoke inside. Also, I noticed that the egg became bigger.
