Go to the movies? Or couch warrior?

Just to get some casual talk goin, how many of you folks actually like to go out to the movies to see a new piece of cinema every now and then? Or do you prefer to wait till a movie is released on DVD (or tape) and then watch it after you hear the opinions of other folks?

I hardly ever go to the movies, the last time I did was when I was with my ex-girlfriend who was obsessed with cinema. I prefer to watch movies based on friends reccomendations after they are released to DVD.

Also I like to just watch movies that I've always loved, examples:

Toy Story (listening to the soundtrack right now)
Resivior Dogs
Clerks
Office Space

So I'm not much one for the movies, how bout you folks?

I like going to the movies more than watching the DVD at home. It's a completely different experience in the movie theater, it's just so much cooler than when you watch it at home on DVD.

Of course, movies I like a lot I watch at home all the time.

recently, a couch warrior for sure. I'm in college now so I'm basically broke 24/7/365 these days so I usually rent a movie (for free) my the library at school (they do have some good ones) and just watch it in my room with a bunch of friends.

You can use Google to search for the rest, I'm not going to post it on a public forum
