Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
Personally, I think religion is dumb. Lots of the conflict in the world is caused by religion, for example: by religious fundamentalists. If everyone in the world was religous there would be a nonstop war for there would be next to no tolerance. People get ideas so ingrained in their minds that they believe that they must be right and that can even lead to genocide.
Some religions just dont make sense to me or just seem VERY hypocritical.
Just something to think about, Who would Hitler have blamed if the Jewish religion didn't exist?

No one, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't have done the things he did.

If your religion is correct, and there are 100+ religions in the world, how is your's right and not the others?
Answer: None are right. All are equally "ridiculous" and "hypocritical"

That is what deters me from gravitating toward a certain religion.

I could just be splitting hairs here, but didn't Hitler kill 6 million Jews and 5.8 million other minorities, like the gypsies and the mentally retarded? I think he would've found someone else. He was remarkably creative. :rolleyes:
