What colleges are you guys applying for? Just curious. :)

I never forget a face, but in your case I'll be glad to make an exception.

I'm applying to Georgia Tech, MIT, and Harvard.

Nice choices Armando! And BTW, I see you were serious about the posting.

I received letters from both Hopkins and WA U in St. Louis!!!!!!! I am so happy! Both said I was eligible and wondered whether or not if I wanted them as their choice :p. Should I do early decision or not?

Hi yes I'm very worried too... my 5 cousins are all in harvard and this puts alot of pressure on me... AAAAhhh:( . I'm nearing the end of my sophmore year and I'm getting really worked up about this...my GPA is over 3.75, I'm in Spanish Honor Society as well as Tri-M. I have one AP course but I think it's gonna be really difficult for me to get a 5. What do you think? Do I even stand a cance of getting into an Ivy League school? More experienced people, I need your advice please!

Just relax Aleoneon. You keep your grades up and stay involved in school and you'll be well on your way to Ivy League. Keep taking challenging courses (not so challenging that you fail...). And remember, Ivy League Schools look at more than just grades. Stay unique and involved and you should be fine. Maybe join a few clubs that do some community service (I think that's why I didn't get accepted-lack of extracurriculars) and try to get some leadership positions if you can, even if it's just running a booth for an event to start out with. And don't forget to have some fun while you're doing it!
