All right. The first thing you need to do is to take a deep breath and try to relax.
Now I understand that you're having problems studying. Several others and I have recently posted a whole thread full of study tips in the General Discussion section of this (the US History) category. Try to use a different type of studying. For instance, if you have been reading, writing, and memorizing, try a method that gets you moving and actively thinking about it.
There are also some good ideas under the Test and Quizzes section where we are posting. They are under the headings "Best way to study?" and "How do you study?" The best advise I can give you is to find out your learning type and stick with it.
