Hello,
I need to write an outline, timeline and an essay based on 'Nationalism.'
I'm totally lost, can all of you generous US history experts please tell me how nationalism developed or any stories, events, incidents, facts , etc that are related to nationalism?
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!! any help will be greatly appreciated.

Okay, here's my take, but it's late (early?) and I'm tired and haven't looked over history or got access to my book, so I'm kinda gonna wing it here.

Basically Nationalism is when the whole country rallies together for something or agrees on something. War time is when nationalism is generally highest because we're united against a common enemy. Anyways, that's all I can tell you. The website has some stuff on the evolution and all that jazz. Good Luck! Hope this helps!
