Ok, I'm not a white supremacist or a racist or anything like that, but I have a question? Why cant I, a white male, a person who takes 5 AP classes, has over a 4.0, participates in AFJROTC(Officer), Cross Country, Academic Competition(Captain-Math), and Scholastic Bowl, and has a 720 math 630 verbal SAT score from my sophomore year, get hardly any merit scholarships? I know that getting scholarships is tough for everyone, but how come when I buy a 2000 page book on scholarships with an average of 5 listings on each page, I'm eligible for 14 of them? I'm just frustrated please don't take this the wrong way.

Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! Hmmm... Try Fastweb.com its an awesome scholarship match place.
and believe me you will be eligable for more than 14 scholarships. ;)
I do get where your coming from... but there are plenty of scholarships to go around, and sometimes you can get diversity scholarships even though your white- if you tell them how you have been involved in promoting or getting along with diverse groups of people.
The SAT score depends on your rank and how many students had scored above yours. The merit scholarship might take a year and no sophomore are eligible for national merit scholarship until their junior year.
I never forget a face, but in your case I'll be glad to make an exception.
