So, the idea has been brough to my attention that plea bargining in exchange for testimony may be unjust by our legal system. We have various interpretations of the Penal code, so I'm slightly indecisive. Any input?

yeah, I though i would try to develope aff and con positions from debating here.
i just got the topic today, and a mound of paperwork to go along with it, like two manila envelopes...
this is the first year our school has gotten it act together about a real debate team. previously we sat around and talked about current event, eventually leading to a "just how the gov. should be reformed in its entierty" often a great deal of suprisingly intelligent discusions about communism, and such.
