help on ap bio lab

Im doing Lab 4 Plant pigments and blahblahblah
but i need helpp
so if anyone has done itt
please helpp :))
oh and does anyone know how to get the objectives answers for each chapter?
if so please replyy

Dunno how to get the objective answers, but for lab 4:

For part B, what you're doing is seeing the effect of different things on photosynthesis. By putting it in the dark or boiling it, it cannot photosynthesize, thus these two should remain constant. No chloroplasts should also be constant for there is nothing to photosynthesize. The only one with a change should be the unboiled chloroplasts in light.

The change is measured by replacing NADP, the molecule which usually receives excited electrons, with DPIP. When DPIP gets an electron, it changes color, thus more light can go through the vial because it's clear, not blue (% transmittance increases).
