The Scarlet Letter Symbolism - Pearl

I'm doing a project about Pearl as a symbol in the book and I need this actual object/visual representation that resembles Pearl. Any ideas on what I can use?
Thank you!

Since the pearl is known to be used as a symbol of perfection and incorruptibility; it is also a symbol of long life and fertility, and due to its luster it’s usually considered a MOON symbol as well. Since it is buried within the oyster shell, the pearl represents hidden knowledge, and it is highly feminine. Many eastern philosophies (such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Hindu) compare the "flaming pearl" with wisdom and spiritual awareness.

maybe you can use a moon on fire or something like that...hehe...the moon on fire...oooh! a picture of the recent eclipse! the moon was bright rd...safe and beautiful, yet fiery and dangerous!!

From what I read through obvious lines and hidden ones, I figured Pearl to be the living scarlet letter. Also, she is a parallel to the rose bush. If you remember, she was attracted to the rosebushes in the governer's garden. Basically to my mind, the Scarlet Letter, the Rose Bush, And Pearl were the foreshadowing of change among puritan values. They also seem to symbolize Hawthorne's books in his real life experience, with the puritans of the town resembling his dissappointed ancestors. This is just my speculation

What pianogirl was trying to point out, is that there is already a post for this topic out, and that if you click her link, it will take you to much discussed and very detailed responses. So if you still need ideas, go there. In fact, there is some pretty good thoughts there...
