one of our projects is to write a paper on an artwork which has significant questions about it - such as the date of the sphinx in giza. the artwork has to be from 30000 BCE to 479 AD... does anyone know any good pieces for me to choose?
thanks!!

that's a wide range.
it ranges from neolithic, babylonian, bronze age, Zhao, to byzantine.
thats a lot. you can talk abuot the stone henge, the great wall, well, anything really.
i'd reckon the main art during this time would be architecture, you keep an eye peeled for those.
capitalization? who the heck came up with this horrible rule?!
