i had to do a speech on it.
My english teacher gave me a B- when it was seriously an A+ speech, because we got into a heated argument since we are on different ends of the spectrum.

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!

Many high school teachers are like that. You'll have to get used to having your own opinion but making an argument that is pleasing to their opinion.
she was the first one to ever do that to me.
im a junior so ive obviously had like 4 other english teachers, and they all encouraged my opinionated personality.

well i believe that it isnt right. in any way shape or form. Even if the person was committed to it in an extreme scenario (ie they said if this ever happens jus pull the plug). Its wrong and its the same thing as killing someone. Theres no difference at all.
this is just me playing devil's advocate here.
so what so you suppose that the government should do if there is no death roll? lock them up until they die? that's a huge burden on our nation's economy. especially considering that about the same amount of people who believe it is wrong, an equal number believed that they should die for their crimes.

ya locking them up 4 life is worse then killing them soon theyll wanna kill themselves
I read an article where a rollercoster- i believe from Europe don't take my word for this, has a ride that kills people. So that they can die happily. Suicide is illegal though right?
I think in extreme scenarios, euthanasia is the most humane way of doing things. I don't think I would want to live my life in a coma for years or live with what's known as an iron lung; life would suck. :( But that's only my opinion. I don't think that was right of your teacher.
