Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
When you say justice, do you mean fair treatment of animals by humans? Or do you mean justice in the sense of punishment if the animal commits 'crimes' against their fellow animals?

Justice actually does exist for animals. Why do you think we have the ASPCA | The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals? Their job is to exploit the wrongdoings of human beings. Now, if you want to be a little silly, I could see a court full of animals arguing that a piece of land is theirs, but that is out of the question. Many animal rights advocates say that animals should be viewed as people and not property. Even Hitler created the Tierschutzgesetz, a law that said that no animal rights should be refringed upon. Now, PETA sometimes goes overboard but we know that they have the best interest of animals at heart, right?
