Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
Flashcards come to mind immediately. Have you found/made a good deck yet?

Anatomy is my niche, my mohter is a nurse so i have been exposed to the terms all my life and have also taken the class. A good way to study anatomy is to use the technicle terms everyday even if they sound funny in normal conversation. For example, if you are putting on blush and someone asks what you are doing instead of saying applying blush to my CHEEKBONES you could say putting blush on my zygomatic. The persons reaction will be humourus and youve learned a word right there because the memory of their reaction will help you memorize the word and everytime you put on blush you will think of it as your zygomatic not your cheeck bones. If you are studying processes in the body, try organizing them from least to greatest like cell to tissue to organ to organism and maybe come up with a silly phrase to help you remember them like Celia Took my Organ and Overpplayed it. Its lame but it works. Just use wha tyou are learning outside of the clas room and apply it to reall life and a hint is although scientists seem smart they arnt as much as youd expect them to be. example, you know how we have a "funny bone" well it got that nickname because the bone above in in your upper arm in your humourus. get it? humour? funny bone? little connections like that can help you. and since we call our nose a nose when you hear nasal you probably relate it to that area without prior knowledge so when the words are similar sounding skim over then and focus on the words that you have no clue as to where theyd be or that they even exist. good luck!
