Remedies for bad days....

Remedies for bad days....

I'm wondering if anyone has a good remedy for their bad days....what do you do when you're just down in the dumps? Do you listen to music or watch TV? And please don't say listen to daniel powter's bad day song... someone told me they sit outside on their porch and drink tea....

Just exercising, a simple walk for an hour or even shorter if you are just starting REALLY does lift your spirits. On cool evenings it reliefs headaches, well at least for me.

If its a cool day with a nice breeze, going for a walk helps clear your mind. Chamomile tea with milk helps relieve tension, can help lift your spirits, and help you relax. If you can, have fun with some friends. Try something new. Maybe even take a nap like Andrew said. Though it may sound boring, you could spend a day reassessing your own beliefs and philosophies like I do. It really helps clear your mind when you're sure about everything you do. Live, and let live, right?

Exercising is definitely a good option if that kind of thing floats your boat. If I have a stressful day at work, I hit the gym and by the time I'm done working out, I feel a million times better. Really helps clear your mind, not to mention the health benefits as well

i hangout with my friends or family. Having people around that you always have a good time with or that you know will lift your spirits

I take a nap or if I can't sleep I listen to music. Also, remembering that tomorrow is another day and for every bad day,  there are usually many more good days.

listen to some music, watch some tv, read a book... anything to get my mind off of the bad day
