raised the residence requirements for aliens who desired to become citizens from 5-14 years. The President could depart or fail foreigners in times of peace or hostilies.
stated that anyone who impeded the policies of the governemnt or falsely deframed its officals would liable to a heavy fine and imprisonment.
stated the states had the right to refuse laws created by the government.
