State governments must observe fair procedures when a person is denied life, libery, or freedom
Congress can excersize powers not stated if they are "necessary & Proper"
States can't unreasonably hate on individuals
Congress cant establish and offical religion
someone cant be punished for somthing that wasent a crime at the time commited
If an accused person flees to another state, they have to be returned to that state.
Congress cant pass a law that bans freedom of worship
A state must recognize validity of publice acts, records, and court decisions.

Any power not automaticlly granted to the national government, or not denied to the states reverts to the states
Protection against random search, has to be reasonable
Federal law is supream over state
government can take private property for public purpose, with fair compensation
