The upper part of the heart, it pumps blood into the body.
The lower portion of the heart, it pumps blood into the lungs to get oxygenated.
The largest artery in the body.
The largest Vein in the body
Carries blood away from the heart. It has the thickest walls.
Carries blood to the heart. It has thin walls but has valves to help with gravity.
This tells the heart how fast to pump. It can be replaced with an artificial one.
How many times the heart pumps in your life time.
