Does anyone know of a book that comes with a CD to help practice dictation? Or some kind of software like that? I am great at the chord analysis and written stuff, but the aural stuff is like pulling teeth!

It's called Solfege GNU. A bunch of the guys at the allaboutjazz.com message board told me about it. Looks pretty solid for ear training.
