I am an avid composer, but never took a course. I undestand the different scales, but am unsure if I should take it. WOrth the time?

Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
Do you plan on getting any music related degree in college? Could show how serious you are when applying to prestigious music schools. Also, even if you're not planning on going to a music school, I'd imagine that yo could get 4 general credits for a 4 or 5 in music theory.

It's probably worth your time if you don't have to study much extra for it. It'll probably be an easy 5, and that looks excellent, whether or not you're going to a music school or not.
